Make ffmpeg less verbose

By default, ffmpeg prints out a lot of annoying text about the version and the compile options. It's pretty hard to find digging through the manpage, but there is a -hide_banner option that will suppress this information.

You can easily make the less verbose version the default by adding an alias for each of the ffmpeg commands to your bashrc:

alias ffprobe='ffprobe -hide_banner'
alias ffmpeg='ffmpeg -hide_banner'
alias ffplay='ffplay -hide_banner'
